Event Cancellation by the Organisation
Participants and sponsors will receive a full refund of the payments made. Bank charges will be supported by the Organisation.

Event cancellation due to force majeure
Participants and sponsors will receive a refund corresponding to their payments less bank charges.

Postponements
If the event is postponed, payments will remain valid.
If the early bird dates are postponed, participants who have already paid full registration fees are eligible for a refund equal to the difference between full and early bird fees.

Cancellations from the Participant*
Non-Authors
Cancellations made 120 days or more in advance of the event date are entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 120 and 60 days of the event date are entitled to a 70% refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days of the event date are entitled to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 30 or less days before the event are non-refundable.
Authors
Cancellations made until the beginning of the reviewing process are entitled to a 100% refund. During or after this process:
If a publication fee applies this fee will be deducted to the 100% 70% or 30% refund defined above, depending on the time frame that applies.
If no publication fee is applied, then the reimbursement will follow 100% 70% or 30% refund defined above, depending on the time frame that applies.
Sponsors
For sponsorship withdraws, up to 180 days before the conference, a refund of 50% applies. For withdraws less than 180 days before the conference, no refund is due.

*All refunds will incur the bank charges.
